Francia Raisa
Raisa started to pursue acting roles during her sophomore year of high school. She was acting in print ads, and appearing in commercials. She guest-starred in the sitcoms American Family: Journey of Dreams and Over There. Raisa was Tamy In Lil' Romeo's 2004 music video "My Girlfriend". She also appeared in the role of Iyaz in the music video for "So Big". One month into her senior year in high school, she landed her first leading role opposite Hayden Panetteire in Bring It On : All or Nothing. Co-starring in the Nickelodeon movie Shredderman Rules, where she was portrayed by Isabel She also appeared in The Cutting Edge: Chasing the Dream and The Cutting Edge: Fire and Ice as Alexandra Delgado. From July 2008 to when the series ended ABC Family series, The Secret Life of the American Teenager which ended in June of 2013, she portrayed the role of Adrian Lee. In 2009 Raisa played Boo in the short film Boo which was directed by David Shenrie as well as guest-starring on USA Network TV's In Plain Sight. Raisa was on Christmas Bounty, a movie inspired by Christmas. She was in the film with Mike "The Miz", Mizanin. Raisa on August 12, 2012 2018 to 2022, Raisa appeared on the Freeform program, Grown, which was executive-produced by creator of Black-ish Kenya Barris. The series' first four seasons before leaving the show following her character's graduation at the end of the fourth season. As of 2018, Raisa played in the role of Tyra in the film of Freeform, Life-Size 2. In May 2021, Raisa was cast as a character in The How I Met Your Mother's spin-off series How I Met Your Father and it began airing on Hulu on 18 January 2022. The show premiered on February 18, 2022. show was renewed for a second 20-episode run.
